Pet Policy
• Cats - 2 allowed, One time Fee $400 per pet, Rent $35 per pet
• Dogs - 2 allowed, One time Fee $400 per pet, Rent $35 per pet
• We welcome all breed types, while reserving the right to interview our future furry friends to ensure a good fit for our community. Fees are per pet with up to two total pets per apartment. We hold a 25 lb total weight limit of all pets for 2nd floor apartments.
