❖ 1-person household = up to $47,950 annually (minimum $30,000)
❖ 2-person household = up to $54,800 combined annually (minimum $32,000)
❖ 3-person household = up to $61,650 combined annually (minimum $34,000)
❖ 4-person household = up to $68,500 combined annually (minimum $36,000)

Affordable loft-style apartments are limited, and this program can only be applied to a select number of homes.
