Income Qualifications

Enjoy all the perks of living at Revolution Mill Apartments while receiving a reduced monthly rental rate on select affordable apartment homes. The maximum allowable gross income per household is based on household size, which includes anyone occupying the apartment. Please review the applicable household income limits below. Additional household size limits are available upon request. Affordable loft-style apartments are limited, and this program can only be applied to a select number of homes. Additional income and qualification requirements apply. All applicants are subject to credit and background checks. Affordable units are offered as part of the New Market Tax Credit program and are subject to rules and regulations set forth by HUD. For more information, please reach out to our Leasing Office. The maximum allowable GROSS income per household (household size includes anyone occupying the apartment) affordable units are:
